​Early Carved Game Board

This fine early game board is adorned with incised pin wheels and circle, with dark brown painted accents.  It has a wonderful patina and retains five hand forged hanging hooks for meat and poultry.  Made out of either pine or poplar.  Measuring 36 1.2" in length by 10" in height by 3/4" thick (although it tapers down from the top edge to the bottom).  

A fabulous early piece!   Late 18th to early 19th C.
